The logo & sign
The symbol of Etteplan is a square 45-degree tilted form that features the letters “E” and “P.” At first glance, it appears to be a simple, geometric design based on the square. However, upon closer inspection, the letters can be seen subtly embedded within the design. Furthermore, Etteplan relies heavily on one crucial tool for achieving goals – code.
All of the endless possibilities we explore, dreams we pursue, and work we undertake are made possible by this one tool. Interestingly, most code starts with a simple yet powerful symbol – the angle bracket “<”. Therefore, a symbol which prominently features this sign, serves as a fitting representation of the tool that drives success. The Etteplan symbol represents the company’s focus on precision, innovation, and attention to detail, as well as its commitment to continuously evolving and improving.

The integrity of the logotype relies on a clear and legible presentation. To provide the proper setting, it must be surrounded by space that is clear of other elements. The etteplan symbol is as far from the etteplan text as the width of the letter “P” in the symbol. Clear space around the text logo is equal to the width of the letter “e” in etteplan. To ensure readability, the width of the logo must always be at least 80 px for on-screen or 25 mm for print.
